sorry for that last journal. it was really lame.

april was a stressful for month for me. my dad had a heart attack on the 14th, and he was in the hospital for a couple of days. he's completely fine now; they performed an angioplasty and put in three stents. it was really scary the first day, but he felt much better the next and was really just bored in the hospital. :]

there's only one more month of school left for me, and i'm starting to buckle down and study for my exams, especially chemistry. and i'm still trying to figure out my schedule next year.

my riding lessons are going well, too. i really wish i could ride out at my instructor's barn instead of at ft. bragg, but my parents don't want to drive somewhere 30 min away if they only have to drive 15.

i submitted a design to be in a mural on a boxcar to represent my city, and it was chosen! There's a plan of the mural accompanying the article; my design is the parachuters. so my name was in the paper saturday.
